Howard Mix Trees are part of a soon to be released major FS2004 texture upgrade which will move FS2004 default graphics into the new computing age. I decided to release the trees as a preview See the screenshots in the Documentaion
There are 2 main reasons for the program, one is to help those less fortunate but dedicated simmers world wide like myself who cant afford to upgrade there hardware to FSX standards until prices fall in 2 to 3 years time. The other is a lot of very good virtual pilots do not have the ability to upgrade using freeware zip file from the net, so Howard mix is very very user friendly some of my beta testers have trouble replying to E-mails and they to me are the most useful in achieving the right format
Howards mix Tree Swap program is a stand alone program and installs into your Microsofts Game Folder on C: drive and is easly accessed from the normal Start Menu Programs.Once you have settled and are happy with your trees the Tree Swap Program can be safly un-install and will not effect your choice of trees in flightsim
INSTALL
The install is a stand alone program
Run the icon installer program
click on the Trees Sets from the start menu
Its OK to try the others tree Sets after, if you change your mind they will just over write
I have also placed Microsofts default autogen trees on a Restore Icon
This is safe as only five texture files are altered in Flightsim :-
